2. Data we process
Contact and professional details, information submitted through forms, Map Your Terrain responses and results, minimum technical data, and communications related to your request. We do not ask for sensitive data or information about third parties that you are not authorised to share.
3. How we use it
To respond to requests, generate and send results, maintain security, keep a reasonable record of interactions and improve the tool through anonymised information. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications or engage in targeted advertising.
4. Consent and service providers
For each consent, we record the purpose, date, notice version and associated affirmative action. We may use hosting, email, security and contact-management providers only to the extent required for them to provide their services.
5. Retention
Leads that do not convert will be retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. The optional identifier used to remember your details lasts for up to 90 days. Contractual information is retained for the applicable statutory periods. We then delete or anonymise the data.
6. Cookies
We use storage that is necessary for operation, security, language selection and temporary saving. During a session, a first-party cookie containing a random identifier allows us to recognise details already entered without storing them in the browser. It is deleted when the session ends. If you choose to have your details remembered for 90 days, another first-party cookie stores only a random identifier (never your name, email address or company).
