Soy Ingeniero Civil Industrial de la UAI, pero lo que realmente me mueve es entender cómo funcionan las cosas — las empresas, los procesos, las personas detrás de ellos. Esa curiosidad me llevó el 17 de julio de 1997 a mi primer trabajo, y 29 años después sigo en lo mismo: hacer que las operaciones funcionen.

I'm an Industrial Engineer from UAI, but what really drives me is understanding how things work — companies, processes, the people behind them. That curiosity took me to my first job on July 17, 1997, and 29 years later I'm still at it: making operations work.

Mi trayectoria tiene dos lados que se alimentan mutuamente. Como ejecutivo, lideré operaciones, finanzas, RRHH y control de gestión en telecomunicaciones, fondos de pensiones, ingeniería y software — gestionando presupuestos de hasta USD 30M y equipos multipaís. Como consultor y emprendedor, he hecho el ciclo completo de la ingeniería de procesos: levantamiento, diagnóstico, rediseño e implementación. Conozco las grandes corporaciones por dentro. Por eso sé dónde buscar.

My career has two sides that feed each other. As an executive, I led operations, finance, HR and management control across telecoms, pension funds, engineering and software — managing budgets of up to USD 30M and multi-country teams. As a consultant and entrepreneur, I've run the full process engineering cycle: mapping, diagnosis, redesign and implementation. I know large corporations from the inside. That's why I know where to look.

Hoy opero bajo dos marcas. Corte Consultores es mi práctica principal de ingeniería de procesos. Y junto a Cristián Pérez, experto en experiencia de clientes, cofundé notConsultancy, donde fusionamos operación y CX para transformar empresas con IA aplicada.

Today I operate under two brands. Corte Consultores is my core process engineering practice. And together with Cristián Pérez, a customer experience expert, I co-founded notConsultancy, where we merge operations and CX to transform companies through applied AI.

Fuera del trabajo, juego fútbol en la Liga Interestadios y en el Club Manquehue. A raíz de mi pasión por el fútbol y la tecnología, estoy creando AmateurPro, una app para gestionar tu propio equipo de futbol y otros deportes en equipo. Antes tocaba más el bajo y la guitarra — hoy tengo los instrumentos pero no tanto el tiempo. Llevo un año jugando ajedrez y, a decir verdad, me sorprendió lo intenso y estimulante que puede llegar a ser. Cada tanto, viajo a algún lugar del sur de Chile y si se puede, a Europa, Brasil, etc., disfrutando el cómo operan las personas en otros contextos.

Outside work, I play football in the Interestadios league and at Club Manquehue. Driven by my passion for football and technology, I'm building AmateurPro, an app to manage your own football team and other team sports. I used to play bass and guitar more — I still have the instruments, just not always the time. I've been playing chess for a year and honestly, it surprised me how intense and stimulating it can get. Every now and then, I travel somewhere in southern Chile and, when possible, to Europe, Brazil, etc., enjoying how people operate in other contexts.
